fun-loving, creative people who are delighted to take your order, and aim to please.
We do request that you call us or jot us a quick note letting us know how thrilled you are with your new Zohar piece -- this is why we do what we do.

You may phone, fax, or email your order. We do not accept credit cards at this time. Checks and money orders payable on an American Bank are accepted.
Your order will be processed upon receipt,
however production time begins after your check has cleared.

If you need an item for a special event, please call,
we will do our best to accommodate you.

Every item is Hand-crafted and is unique, we do try to keep
certain works in stock. All larger pieces are signed.

The fine print: sizes are approximations only and will vary, prices and exact colors subject to change without notice. Additional charges for rush, custom colors, personalization, engraving, gift services. $35 charge for bad checks. Street address and phone number are required for order acceptance. If shipping time will be delayed beyond 12 weeks from the time your check has cleared, you will be given the option of a full refund. Any custom work requires payment in full (clearing the bank) before work authorization and is non-refundable. Instructions must be received in writing. In the highly unlikely event that we would make an error, it will be corrected at our expense. Exchanges are accepted: item must be returned in original packing materials (or better), at your expense, and must be in the same condition as it was received. No exchanges will be accepted if the item appears used. If no error was made on our part, you are also responsible for shipping charges on the new item. We reserve the right to refuse any order, without explanation.
